DJI Mavic Air 2 way to capture the moments

DJI Mavic Air 2 announced after the huge success of Mavic Air. Mavic Air is the most popular drone in the world. Therefore the company launched an upgraded version of Mavic Air called Mavic Air 2. Most of the vloggers use Mavic Air drone to record the best scene, so good news for the customer to use an advanced drone.

Now we want to tell about its amazing features, the Mavic Air 2 comes with a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor. It can shoot images in either 12MP using pixel-binning or in the full 48MP resolution. In this drone, photography features have been improved with the new SmartPhoto that automatically switch HDR, Hyperlight, and scene recognition modes. In HDR mode shoots seven images with varying exposures and combines them into a single image. Hyperlight mode is for night mode that takes multiple images and merges them together to reduce noise. Scene recognition mode to detect sunsets, blue skies, grass, snow, and trees to automatically adjust for the best image quality.

Now talk about its video recording, this drone can record 4K video at up to 60fps and 120 Mbps and also shoot in 120fps or 240fps at 1080p with 4x and 8x slow motion. In DJI Mavic Air 2 you also shoot HDR video, although we don’t know if HDR here refers to standard image stacking or HDR PQ. The drone comes with FocusTrack which is the most advanced feature for tracking in this drone.

The Mavic Air 2 comes with three modes i.e ActiveTrack 3.0, Interest 3.0, and Spotlight 2.0. ActiveTrack 3.0 for advanced mapping technology for tracks a subject and new flight path algorithms. Interest 3.0 is set a flight path around the subject, with improved surface recognition. Spotlight 2.0 is for the user to have a free operation of the drone’s movement.

The Mavic Air 2 can record hyperlapse video in 8K, so that’s also a unique feature. It has four flight modes, including Free movement, Circle, CourseLock, and WayPoints.

You also get QuickShots for pre-programmed flight maneuvers, which use a 3-axis mechanical gimbal and electronic image stabilization. You also get the choice of Rocket, Circle, Dronie, Helix, Boomerang, or Asteroid. The company updated proprietary OcuSync 2.0 transmission technology, that’s stable HD feed from the drone at a maximum distance of 10km with no interrupt. OcuSync 2.0 works using 2.0GHz or 5.8GHz frequency bands with auto-switching, so it avoids interference.

The new DJI Mavic Air 2 promise extra safety because of the new obstacle sensor. It can automatically stop the drone when close to an object, so it avoids a collision. It has auxiliary lights on the bottom of the drone that helps to automatic landing even in difficult lighting. The Mavic Air 2 comes with DJI GEO geofencing feature, so these features help the drone away from high-risk locations, such as airports. It creates new paths around, under, or over objects with the help of Advanced Pilot Assistance System (APAS) 3.0. APAS 3.0 helpful for using 3D mapping, smooth transitions, and more fluid movements around objects.

DJI Mavic Air 2 is the company’s first drone include AirSense, which warns drone pilots of other aircraft nearby. It has ADS-B to receive signals from nearby airplanes and displays their location on the drone pilot’s screen. It warns the drone pilot when the aircraft gets too close with messages, sounds, and vibrations.

The DJI Mavic Air 2 is now available for buy in China. It comes in two packaging options
