Kawasaki W800 street Launched at Rs. 7.99 Lakh in India

Kawasaki W800 street has launched in India with a pricing of Rs. 7.99 Lakh (ex-showroom India). This bike is only available in the street variant and in one colour. Metallic flat spark black/metallic matte graphite grey. The W800 is a successor brand’s W-series models are clones for British vertical twin standard motorcycle. The design of this bike comes from the iconic 1966 Kawasaki W1. You can now book to any Kawasaki dealerships while deliveries will commence around Mid-August.

Engine and Transmission

Kawasaki W800 street comes with a 773 air-cooled, fuel-injected SOHC parallel-twin unit. Which produces 47Ps of power and 62.9Nm of torque with 5-speed along with slip and assist clutch as well. The W800 has 18-inch aluminum spoke wheels with narrow section 100/90-18 front and 130/80-18 rear tyres. The suspension setup is cared for by a 41mm telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers. Talking about the braking is via a single 320mm disc and 270mm rear disc, it has a dual-channel ABS as standard. In the updated version double-cradle frame design and modern suspension components. It has a 5-way adjustable clutch lever and 4-way adjustable brake lever. Simply designed for customizable Front fender. It has two analog-dial of speedometre and tachometre. The company says the truly classic and not just a retro-styled bike with a modern powertrain.
