LG K50S & K40S Smartphone Launched

LG launched two new smartphones in the K series K50S and K40S. The new device will be coming with MLT-STD810G certified that’s making it a rugged smartphone. Both smartphones will be available in Moroccan Blue and Aurora Black color options.

LG K50S specification

LG K50S comes with a 6.5-inch FullVision (1520 × 720 pixels) HD+ display. The smartphone comes with 2GHz Octa-core processor packed with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage that can be extended up to 2TB via microSD card slot. Out of the box, it will come with Android 9 Pie operating system and has a 4000mAh battery. It has a dedicated button for activating Google Assistant.

The LG K50S comes with a 13-megapixel main camera sensor on the rear and a there is a secondary 5-megapixel Ultra-Wide sensor. And also has a 2-megapixel depth-sensing camera. There is a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with AI facial unlocking.

K40S specification

LG K40S comes with a 6.1-inch FullVision (1520 × 720 pixels) HD+ display. The smartphone comes with 2GHz Octa-core processor packed with 2GB/3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage that can be extended up to 2TB via microSD card slot. Out of the box, it will come with Android 9 Pie operating system and has a 3500mAh battery. It has a dedicated button for activating Google Assistant.

The LG K40S comes with a 13-megapixel main camera sensor on the rear and a there is a secondary 5-megapixel Ultra-Wide sensor. There is a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with AI facial unlocking.

Both the LG K50S and K40S smartphones come with DTS:X 3D Surround sound and fingerprint Sensor on the back. Both smartphone sport a waterdrop notch that houses the front-facing camera. These smartphones launched in Europe, Latin America, and Asia starting October and will be showcased at the upcoming IFA 2019. Nothing about the pricing of these smartphones.
