Mi Band 4 is the successor of Mi Band 3 which was launched last year by Xiaomi. Xiaomi Mi Band 4 comes in two variant which includes NFC and another is a non-NFC variant. The new Xiaomi wearable comes in two models. The fitness tracker without NFC is price at Yuan 169 (around Rs 1700) and the one with NFC is price at Yuan 229 (around Rs 2,300). The Mi Band with NFC variant can be use to make payments through AliPay and WeChat Pay in China. There is also an Avenger edition which comes with a colored band at a price of Yuan 349 which is Rs 3500.
Mi band 4 comes with a better improvement that includes bigger color display and battery. The screen size of 4th generation Xiaomi band is 39.9% bigger than previous. It has a 0.95-inch color AMOLED display which is the resolution of 120×240 pixel. Its display comes with 2.5D curved scratch resistance glass. This Xiaomi band loaded with 135mAh battery which gives you a 20 days battery life. Mi Band 4 body is a 3-axis accelerometer plus 3-axis gyroscope motion sensors, alongside a proximity sensor and a PPG optical heart rate sensor. The heart rate sensor can monitor your heart rate 24×7. The band has Bluetooth to sync your data to the Mi Fit companion smartphone app.
It has six workout modes, letting you track treadmill running, outdoor running, cycling, walking and general exercise. you can track pool swimming sessions. It has the ability to identify different swimming strokes, such as breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly, and freestyle. Xiaomi has kept the same water-resistant design, with a 5ATM rating which means you can jump in the water with it at up to 50 meters depth
