Samsung Galaxy A80 launched with rotating camera

Samsung’s next A-Series smartphone Samsung galaxy A80 launched in India. A80 will be available for booking in India from July 22 to July 31. Price of Samsung Galaxy A80 in India has been set at RS 47,999 for 8GB+128GB variant, that isn’t expandable via microSD card. The A80 will go on sale for the Indian customers starting August 1. This smartphone comes with a rotating camera which is its main highlight.


Samsung Galaxy A80 includes a 6.7 inches full HD+ super AMOLED display, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 SoC, and 3700 mAh battery. The rotating camera setup of this phone enables almost a bezel-less display experience. This phone also comes with Dolby Atmos surround sound experience. Samsung Galaxy A80 runs on Android Pie with One UI on top and features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixels) Super AMOLED ‘New Infinity Display’ with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone also houses an in-display fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, there is the octa-core Snapdragon 730G SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM. This phone packs a 3,700mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging.


Galaxy A80 has the rotating camera setup that includes the 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.0 lens and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle 123-degree f/2.2 lens. There is also a 3D depth camera along with an IR sensor. The camera setup of the Galaxy A80 goes up and in selfie mode, it rotates.
